Sustained results through accelerated change & engagement.

CARE is built on our experience supporting many implementations for our clients. It brings together the success factors we discovered over the years into a single, repeatable way of working.

The CARE process

Four connected areas, around one program core.

CARE integrates program management, organizational change management and stakeholder management. Program management sits at the centre; change and stakeholder work run as connected streams from project kick-off all the way through adoption.

Sustained results through accelerated change and engagement.

Change strategies

  • We define the scope of change, assess its impact on people and processes, and identify barriers to adoption before any tactics begin.

Change tactics

  • Training, targeted communication, and hands-on user support — deployed at the right moment in the rollout, not as an afterthought.

Program management

  • Structures the team, sets governance, and ensures executive sponsorship stays active and visible throughout.

Stakeholder management

  • We identify, assess, and actively manage key stakeholders from kick-off through go-live — keeping alignment from slipping.

Results tracking

  • Progress is measured against adoption metrics, user satisfaction, and tangible business benefits — not just delivery milestones.
Success factors

What we learned, built in.

01

Change management is integrated from the start

In CARE, change management is part and parcel of most program activities. The program manager is directly responsible for stakeholder management and the development of change strategies — not a separate team brought in late.

02

Key stakeholders are brought on board — and kept there

Stakeholder management is an active part of the methodology. It begins with stakeholder identification concurrent with project kick-off, and includes the right level of communication throughout the course of the project.

03

Leadership is directly and visibly involved

The team structure suggested by CARE ensures executive ownership and involvement, and change-management tactics are designed to make leadership commitment visible to the wider organization.
